Kassidy Cook
Clinical Intern
“I have simply discovered that, at certain key moments in this life, you must find courage in yourself, in order to move forward and live. It is like a muscle and it must be exercised, first a little, and then more and more. All the really exciting things possible during the course of a lifetime require a little more courage than we currently have. A deep breath and a leap.”
– John Patrick Shanley

How I work
I believe people are created with great potential, both in who they are as individuals and how they operate in relationships. Unfortunately, some lose their way or simply get stuck, due to pain or life’s challenges. My goal is to help clients recover what was lost, restore what was broken, and find the better way forward for themselves.
Meet Kassidy
I am currently in my graduate program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Before this, I worked in corporate for 10 years, both in executive consulting and engineering. Yet I wholeheartedly believe I am walking into my calling, so that I may help others walk into theirs.
My education + certification:
MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Emphasis from Colorado Christian University
Expected Graduation 2026

“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
