More about me
When I am not working or at school, I enjoy being outside either playing pickleball, hiking, or spending my weekends at the lake. At home, you can find me coloring, collaging, or binging my favorite TV shows such as Survivor. I also love to travel, spend time with family and friends, and be around animals, like my ball python Penelope.

How Functional Neurofeedback Works
NewMind's Functional Neurofeedback approach recognizes that everyone is different and training should be individualized for every client. Our clinicians consider all biopsychosocial areas of a person's life for a complete and accurate assessment. Then we develop an effective training plan that is more likely to help a client truly improve their life.
Neurofeedback (NFB), also known as EEG biofeedback, is an intervention used to retrain your brain and central nervous system to function more optimally. With nearly a century of scientific support, NFB works to rewire the way the brain processes and responds to information.
NFB is used to treat symptoms such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADD/ADHD, OCD, addiction, anger issues, headaches/migraines, and traumatic brain injuries.
As a stand alone service or as a part of an integrated therapeutic approach, a QEEG Brain Map and brain training is a non-intrusive way to improve overall brain functioning.
Meet Rebecca
I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and I am currently in a Masters of Science program at Mercer University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Atlanta campus. I have spent the last few years working with neurodiverse children in a therapeutic setting for mostly elementary school aged children. I have a passion for helping others and assisting in growth, healing, and processing in whatever ways I am able.
"There is no standard normal. Normal is subjective. There are seven billion versions of normal on this planet."
