Resilience & Recovery Model

Our Resilience & Recovery Model is designed as a low-intensity, step-up/step-down model of care that gives additional support and clinical interventions for trauma, addiction, and other mental health recovery journeys.

Our 12-week integrated program offers 3 - 4 hours per week of individual counseling, neurofeedback, biofeedback, trauma-sensitive yoga, couples and family therapy, expressive arts work, group counseling, nutrition coaching, and identity integration coaching via our multidisciplinary team.

Our care begins with a unique and personalized diagnostic evaluation that explores your history, current challenges, and unique goals. This thorough assessment and evaluation helps us craft a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs—one that supports meaningful, lasting change.

Your care doesn’t stop at the initial plan. Our multidisciplinary team meets regularly for case consultations specific to each client, ensuring your treatment remains responsive and effective. We continually assess progress, refine strategies, and collaborate closely with you—and your family when appropriate—to maintain clarity, alignment, and transparency every step of the way.

The families of clients are provided with a clinical care team leader to guide them through the experience of supporting their loved ones.

Functional Neurofeedback

Brain health is critical for mind-body connection as the brain controls everything we do. Brain health is more than just the absence of disease, it also includes resilience, cognitive functioning, and a state of well-being. We utilize qEEG brain mapping for assessment as well as neurofeedback and biofeedback to train brain wave frequencies, create nervous system regulation, build heart rate variability, and facilitate healing.
